Ideas To Promote First Class Behavior

  • Make up flyers and send them home with employees or customers.

  • Have the logo printed on squad cares/fire trucks/government vehicles etc.

  • Give CHARACTER BUCKS to employees when they exemplify these traits and have them cash them in for prizes or food.

  • Offer business ethic "lunch and learn sessions".

  • Be an example-It's the best way to promote good character.

  • Use the characters as part of employee reviews.

  • Verbally recognize each other when you notice first class behavior.

  • Kindly hold others accountable for first class behavior.

  • Incorporate First Class Community into your special events.
